安华协会新章程投票结果公告
Dear Ann-Hua parents, teachers, students, club members and friends:
We are pleased to announce that Ann-Hua Association’s 2020 new Bylaws voting process was completed with success. We would like to thank everyone for the engagement and patience in the past month. In the efforts to foster the healthy development of Ann-Hua and to provide a full range of services to the community, Ann-Hua’s board of directors took the lead in 2019 along with a dedicated working group to revise the Bylaws. Under the guidance of professionals, Ann-Hua’s new Bylaws has been discussed over and over, and finally, the long revision process to the Bylaws was completed in May 2020. Ann-Hua’s Board of Directors unanimously approved thenew version of the Bylaws on June 11, 2020, and immediately started the voting preparations for the new Bylaws!
The voting process was spearheaded by the Voting Committee formed on June 24, 2020. In the preparation phase, the committee worked on recruiting the committee members, clarifying the election process, setting up timetables, designing and testing the online voting system, and other task. The online voting channel was opened on August 1, 2020, the same day as the registration of the Ann-Hua Chinese School for the new school year started, and closed on September 6, 2020. During this period, we tried our best to raise the awareness about the voting through e-mail and various social media platform, actively communicate with Ann-Hua and the larger community, and encourage everyone to participate in voting for the new Bylaws. The Voting Committee thanks you for your understanding and support, and especially for being patient with receiving our voting advertisements many times!
Voting Results： A total of 350 people participated in registration and/or voting this year, of which 87 people chose the option of “not participating in voting”. Out of the 263 total votes, 243 were valid and 20 were invalid (replicated or expired votes). Among the valid votes, 238 supported the new Bylaws and 5 did not support it. Based on the principle of simple majority, our new Bylaws is approved by our community!
In the end, the Voting Committee sincerely thanks the Ann-Hua community members who have made continuous efforts towards the revision of Ann-Hua’s new Bylaws in the past year. To all the community members, thank you for your active participation in online voting and lively discussions, and for voicing your opinion on how Ann-Hua can achieve a healthy and prosperous future! Let us all come together under the governance of the new Bylaws to make Ann-Hua better, day by day!

尊敬的安华家长、老师、同学、俱乐部成员、朋友们：
诚挚感谢大家一个月来的积极参与及耐心等待，我们2020年安华新章程的投票工作终于圆满结束了！
为了安华的健康发展，实现为社区的全方位服务,从2019年开始,安华董事会牵头，安华相关工作小组积极参与，在专业人士的指导下对安华章程进行反复讨论,终于在2020年5月完成了对安华章程( Bylaws)的漫长修改过程。安华董事会于2020年6月11日全票通过了新版章程。随后，我们立即开始了新章程的投票筹备工作。
此次新章程投票工作从2020年6月24日开始组建投票监督委员会拉开帷幕，前期经过了投票委员会的招募、投票流程的商讨、投票时间表的制定、投票网页的设计测试等环节。网上投票通道于2020年8月1日伴随着新学年的注册工作同时开通，于2020年9月6日关闭。期间，我们通过电子邮件、安华下属的各种社团微信平台等渠道进行了广泛的宣传，鼓励大家积极参与新章程的投票。感谢大家的支持，也特别感谢大家期间不胜其烦地多次收到我们投票的宣传广告。
投票结果: 此次共有350人次参与了注册或者投票，其中有87人选择“不参与投票”选项。在263张参与投票当中，20张为无效选票(重复或者过期投票), 有效投票共计243张。在有效投票当中，238张支持新章程，5张不支持。依据简单多数的原则，我们的新章程顺利通过了会员的投票同意！
最后，新章程投票监督委员会衷心地感谢一年多来为安华新章程的修订而做出不懈努力的安华社区成员！感谢社区成员在投票过程当中台前幕后的支持及鼎力相助！感谢大家积极参与网上投票及展开的热烈讨论，为安华健康蓬勃的未来发出您的声音！让我们大家在新章程的指导下携起手来，把安华建设得一天比一天更美好！
