The first step for meaningful engagement is to understand their perspectives and aspirations. Come to join Amanda Chen who will share with us her first-hand experience of coming to terms with her identity and what it means to be a second-generation Chinese American, as well as her insights on what changes should be made to reconnect the first and second generation and how Chinese schools can play the role of bridging the gap.
