Priority and Discount: The usage of Ann-Hua’s facilities is typically granted on the “first come, first served” basis. Priorities, however, are generally given in the following order and varied discounts in any may apply. 优先级和价格优惠： 安华场地的使用基本上遵循“先到先得”的原则。必要时，也会参考以下优先级别，并考虑价格上予以优惠。

(1) Check our Facility Calendar  for availability. 查看使用日历: B1, B2, B3, Multipurpose Room A, Parking Lot 

(2) Submit your reservation request by filling out/completing the Google form.认真填写并提交预约申请表格

(3) You will receive a follow-up email from facility.resv@annhua.org with information about your rental contract and payment. 您会收到来自 facility.resv@annhua.org 的邮件，联系后续付款及租用合同签署等相关事宜。

Please note 请注意:

  1. Reservations are considered completed and valid only after we receive both signed rental contract and the fee payment/the deposit 只有当租金和租用合同全部收齐后，预约才得以生效；
  2. All completed reservations are subject to changes deemed necessary by Ann-Hua Association and shall only become effective upon confirmation by Ann-Hua. Ann-Hua reserves the right to change your reservation up to 7 days prior to the start date of the reserved event. 当预约成功后，安华保留在预约活动7天前改变预约时间的权力。

Ann-Hua’s facility at 3250 Plymouth Rd is open for community use as part of the organization’s program service in accordance with Ann-Hua Association/Ann-Hua Chinese School’s missions of “Education, Culture, Service and Charity”.
